Talks & Keynotes
I speak about how people and systems respond to disruption, and especially about why real adaptation is not about bouncing back to what was before, but about using disruption to re-evaluate what no longer works and change course. During a talk, audiences are invited to challenge common assumptions about crisis, uncertainty, and change, and to develop a different understanding of what genuine adaptation requires. The Transilience® perspective has been featured on TEDx, and it has been applied across several domains, including leadership during challenging times, policy making in the Caribbean, energy transition, climate anxiety, women’s empowerment, digital product design, and organizational transformation. It is relevant anywhere people are being asked to navigate uncertainty, complexity, and transition.
